The controlling authority with respect to questions concerning data protection law is the federal country commissioner for data protection of the very federal state, in which our company has its company domicile. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to have your data, which we automatically process based on your consent or the compliance of a contract, delivered to you or a third party. The delivery will ensue in a machine readable format. In case you demand the direct transfer of data to a third-party officer, we will only comply with that demand if it is technically feasible.

Right to Disclosure, Authorization, Disabling and Deletion
According to current legal regulation you have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data, the origin of the data, their recipients as well as the reason for data processing at any time and free of charge. You may also have a right to correct, disable or delete said data.
